Have ordered from them previously and everything went smoothly. However a recent order had a significant issue and I got to experience Imprint's horrific customer support. The one support number sends you to an offshore call center with people who cannot escalate, resolve or even transfer. I had to wait days for a call back from someone who actually worked there and they still did not help at all. I will order from a local print shop next time.
