Avoid any contract with this company

It’s really frustrating to deal with companies that use hidden subscription models and charge you without sending any advance notification. They’re quick to spam you with reminders about not using the app, but when it comes to alerting you about upcoming charges, they stay silent. On top of that, when you contact them, they don’t try to resolve the issue—instead, they just give excuses about their services.

This doesn’t feel like the kind of company you’d want to deal with.

Hey Castor, sorry you were frustrated with your experience. Respectfully going to push back on your point about us staying silent when it comes to renewals—we alert all users of upcoming charges, and as our agent pointed out to you, a renewal reminder was emailed to you on Aug 21.
