Refund
The initial refund request was sent after I returned the product end of August after which I receive the automated message that the product arrived on 4th September. Instead of informing me about the return process, they 'quietly' apply the return amount to the Farfetch account, without letting you know while you keep looking day by day to the digital banking if the funds arrived, which I find unprofessional. I kept on sending reminders about the return, which still hasn't arrived to this date. I understand that the intention is to allocate funds to the account in order for them to convince you to buy more, but in my opinion the should treat customers more politely especially considering the prices of products on the platform, for which we pay good money.
