My Airbnb experience was paused 4 months ago and has never been reactivated. Since then, I have contacted Airbnb customer service dozens of times, but no real solution has been provided.
At first, I was told the issue was due to missing documents, which I submitted. Later, I was given a different explanation — that it was related to a “recent product launch.” These changing and unclear reasons have left me frustrated, and my issue has remained unresolved for far too long.
I simply want my experience to be republished and available again. I expect Airbnb to treat hosts fairly and provide consistent, transparent communication instead of giving contradictory answers.
