Placed an order all went ok until I received it. 2 items were wrong in parcel but in the correct packaging. The other two didn’t suit me. Followed instructions and messaged because of the wrong items so they knew and awaited for confirmation that the return was approved and a month later I’m still fighting them via text for a full refund because they can’t comprehend I received the wrong items because correct labels were on the parcels. I’m basically being called a liar even though i had photos of everything. Gradually they are refunding one item at a time but still disputing it saying the need to review the video evidence of unpacking it to see if what I’m saying is accurate!!
