Airbnb is one of the worst companies to deal with. They collect their fees from both hosts and guests, but when it comes to actual support, the platform is a complete disaster. Their call center and staff are unqualified to handle serious issues, and the level of service is unacceptable.

Everything seems fine as long as nothing goes wrong, but once there is a problem, do not expect any real support from Airbnb. They take advantage of both landlords/hosts and guests, and the lack of accountability is extremely frustrating.
