Very disappointed with the service…No communication

Very disappointed with the service received. Initially, communication with Philip Rahman was good and we paid fees in good faith, including for a valuation through their recommended lender. Unfortunately, that lender later pulled out, and since then, we’ve had no meaningful response from the broker — despite repeated attempts to get in touch. We’ve been left in a stressful situation without guidance or support, and are now having to restart the process elsewhere. Would not recommend based on our experience
