I rang Highfield who had a slot just 2 days later to exchange a leaking shower. Felix duly arrived, was very pleasant from the offset and did an excellent job and cleaning after. Everything was perfect. Felix is a credit to Highfield, good at his job, very pleasant and polite throughout.
