I was urgently booking a next flight out due excruciating pain and needed to get back to visit my doctor.

Everyone was really helpful via the chat and special shoutout to Fatima because she could sense my urgency (JAL took longer than expected to approve my change of flight) but she took the liberty to book a new flight instead of waiting on JAL’s reply that might have resulted in me missing the flight.

Long story short, I got on the plane as I would’ve loved, with ample time to go through customs, immigration and calm down before the flight. Got my surgery done and I’m all recovering now.

I’m so grateful for Fatima truly! Her sense of responsibility and urgency, I really appreciate. Thank you Fatima!
