Email Recovery Assistance
I can't recover my email due to a hacker entering their recovery information. After a long period of time, I finally found a number with a live person to assist. They informed me that they could help me without paying for support. I paid for the support despite not believing I should pay. The help desk that can barely speak English couldn't resolve my issue. I attempted to contact them the next day and they couldn't help me either. I contacted the Executive Escalations Department and had to leave a message. Four days later, the Executive Team has still not responded to help me recover my email. In addition, I have been doubled billed for in person support and I can't locate anyone to give me credit. This level of customer service is less than acceptable. No wonder I am being encouraged to stop using their service.
