Review of Hello Alpha
10 out of 10 experience always with Hello Alpha. They are an excellent and legitimate telehealth provider. I have been using them for quite a while now and I find them to be highly responsive and extremely convenient. They are very easy to communicate with also. And I always get a domestic provider. Highly recommend.

BUYER BEWARE - They got me. Its a scam and they have extremely unethical and predatory business practices. Once you submit that intake form you are doomed.... That is the ONLY piece of medical information they will ever look at, and they lock you into whatever bundle you signed up for regardless of their ability to actually serve you as a patient. I have been taking the brand name medication for a while and the tablet form does not have an equivalent dose. I called and spoke with someone after submitting my form and told them NOT to send me the medication and to cancel if there isnt an equivalent because why on earth would I start over with the lowest titrated dose again?? They said sure, " we will speak with our clinical team", and them pushed the medication out anyways. They then used the "we already filled the prescription" as an excuse for not being able to cancel. So, I filed a dispute and they said they couldn't refund me unless I rescinded the dispute and then coached me through rescinding the dispute while promising me a refund. After I rescinded, they refused the refund. I spent a week going back and forth and talked to several people. Pretty sure they are based over seas even if the business has a US address on file. Almost ALL clinical team are RNs, not adequately licensed to prescribe this medication. They operate over Zoom. The one provider that I was bale to get a license number from only recently received a license in New Mexico. Super sketchy. You are better off getting the real deal medication from a domestic provider such as Hello Alpha. Stay far, far, far away from this place.

I regrettably invested in a 6 month bundle. You offered a 50% refund (which I have not yet received) after going round and round, and after I left the above review. You did NOT give me any COMPLIMENTARY medication. You kept 50% (3 months) worth of my investment. Therefore 3 months of medication is NOT COMPLIMENTARY. In addition, it is not even the correct dosage and is therefore not usable. So you just get to run away with my foolish foolish investment while I am unable to use anything you sent me. I stand by my original review as it is an honest representation of my less than stellar experience in any capacity with your company. Your terms, conditions, and policies are predatory in nature and designed to take advantage of people. Your practices are not above bar.
