When I called to clarify a couple of points, I spoke to Luke Hipkin. Luke answered my query and assured me that I had submitted sufficient information for the Company to make a decision. He assured me that a decision would be made that day. Luke was very helpful and understanding and was as good as his word. I heard later that day that my claim had been agreed and that the funds would be lodged in my account. Less than 12 hours later, the full claim that I had made (minus excess, which I knew would be deducted) was in my bank account. Great Company to deal with and very good Staff. I would recommend the Company to anyone looking for an honest and trustworthy travel insurance Company. Well done, great job.
