Our original order for some kitchen taps was straightforward and quickly delivered. Unfortunately, our customer changed their minds about having these taps fitted as it was going to cause quite a disruption to have them fitted. We were able to return them after contacting HeatandPlumb and the refund was processed very quickly. Their administrator was very helpful.
