Absolute daylight robbery
Travelodge have charged me twice for a booking and are unwilling to admit their error or issue me with a refund. I have receipts / credit card statements to prove this and yet they still refuse to admit their mistake, even though it's as clear as day what has happened. This was for a 10-room block booking at Travelodge Dorking paid for in full 3 months in advance and because they have no record of the payment, this is somehow my fault? So very disappointed in the level of communication from Customer Services.
