Chris was very helpful, answered promptly and/or returned calls if he happened to be busy. My problem came when “whoever” reviews the appraiser’s report didn’t flag that the water heater didn’t have the required strapping - we had sold our home and traveled to our new location prepared to sign closing documents - suddenly couldn’t go forward - water heater wasn’t strapped. We had to get a hotel and search for someone that could do the work, required purchase of necessary materials, installation, transmission of pictures for approval of the work, finally got into the house after $444 for parts and labor and plus 2 unexpected nights in a hotel!
