I was so happy dealing with Emma who was such a great help for both my wife & I. Initially I communicated with Christopher who I thought was very arrogant & suggested he had another option for us. We on the other hand just wanted our original booking. As stressful as it was, I wrote a sincere email to customer service to which Emma replied to & it was amazing, like honestly, my prayers had been answered. Problem solved, Emma asked if she could then be of any other assistance. I replied no thank you, I’ll go directly to the Philippine Airlines to book our airfares but, thank you so much Emma. PS; My wife has changed her mood from HBP to normal 120/80. I am happy that now we can be on our way to help her family in the Philippines after 2 tropical cyclone devastation recently. Passing on our warm regards to Emma.💐😊
