My phone case was falling apart in one area. It was 5-6 months since I purchased it. I emailed them about it, and I got a reply a few hours later saying they were sending me a new case. Pretty easy, straightforward solution from them. I will be buying from them again knowing they honor their warranty and it is a fast and simple process.
