I purchased a pair of Mizuno running shoes for nearly 1000 DKK. After only 5 months of use, a hole developed in the front of the shoe. I contacted Kaiser by email, and they asked me to visit their shop so they could take a closer look. However, when I went there, the staff member barely inspected the shoes for a few seconds before dismissing my complaint, saying it was likely my fault, possibly caused by my nails.
I explained that I have never had this issue with other running shoes, and I always keep my nails trimmed, so this reasoning made no sense. For the price I paid, I expected much better durability and customer service.
My point is if you can’t solve the issue for your brand and all you can do is to put all the obligation on customers nails there is no point of buying from you. You all can get same product from different shop in less price. At least you will get better customer service.
