IT system and customer care
I needed to delay the delivery of part of my order (due to holiday) and spoke to Pooja.
H&P It system is fantastic - recognises all my order details from my phone number and Pooja was on the ball before I even started talking.
My delivery was easily put on hold. I recieved a phone call the day before I returned from holiday, to confirm a new delivery date. The item arrived with timely SMS notifications with an accurate time slot.
