Can't pick windows without my husband?
Had a cold call at my door, guy was very nice, good explanation, was happy to have a call and have someone give a quote. UNTIL ... the call ... apparently I am not able to have someone visit and give a quote without my husband present. They can only visit if both of us our present. Why? I'm not able to choose the colour of the window frames or pick openings without my husband. Rude, unhelpful and weird.

It’s absolutely not our policy to have both parties present for the purpose of quotations, so I’d like to know who attended your property so that I can deal with this matter.
