Little to no quality control
Quite often our meat is leaking and/or food is spoiled and/or we dont get the recipe card. One time, we even got entirely the wrong bag of food to go with the meal we ordered! We submit claims and call to complain and nothing changes, we're just given a pittance of a credit and an insincere apology. Your quality control team is very lackluster.
