Unfortunately the first pair of shoes were brown instead of the black that I ordered, and they looked alright so I kept them. Still, they were too large for the 43s.

Along with them I ordered a 43 in a pair of black sneakers which were way too large. I don’t get around to returning them because I thought I’d gift them to someone.

I think Officine Creative, both pairs from them, need to standardise sizing. I have another pair of 43 sneakers which are perfect.

Delivery-wise, need more optionality. UPS doesn’t allow changes in time or address. This is inconvenient.

All of that said, I like the range, some of the offers, and wensite and customer care.

Your customer service is on point, and a special mention here for Ms. Shahd in your Dubai/Middle East office. She was attentive, understood what I needed, remained in touch and resolved my issue. A great resource and someone who furthers your brand.
