Horrible Second Hand Store

I would give it no stars if I could! I sent in about 20 things including several pairs of new pants from Dillard's, a new dress from Macy's and several new baby and children's items. Half of the items they didn't even list and the ones they did were priced very low. After all was said and done, I made $7.66. When I asked for a payout, they wanted to charge me 25 cents plus 15% to transfer it to my bank account. I can't believe they are so greedy! I will never send them anything again nor will I make a purchase. Go elsewhere!

Dear Paula,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent clean out. We sincerely regret to learn that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we understand your disappointment.

Our core mission is to extend the lifecycle of clothing—keeping items out of landfills—but we must also adhere to rigorous quality standards to maintain the integrity of our marketplace. Items that do not pass these checks are responsibly forwarded to our textile recycling partners.

For future clean outs, we want to ensure you have the best possible experience. If having unaccepted items returned is important to you, we recommend selecting our Premium Clean Out option, which includes the return service for a small fee.

We would like the opportunity to review and improve your experience so we are requesting additional details. We value your honest feedback as it helps us continuously improve our service.
