Renting a car from Kotor bus station is convenient. The manager met us at the gas station near the bus station.
Drop off was at the same location but finding parking can be tricky so you have to allow sufficient time for that and waiting for the manager to show up.
Our car was at quarter tank at pick up. Manager told us that if we return the car with more gas than quarter, he will give us a refund. However when we returned the car with half tank, he said NO refund will be given. A little bit of inconsistency there. We did not want to argue because we had a bus to catch.
My suggestion for improvement is that Gas fuel tank should start at Full and drop off at Full too. If not it is hard to gauge how much gas to fill.
