An absolute disgrace
I bought a Techart adapter for M-mount lenses on Sony cameras. The first day it only worked half of the time, and next day it did not work at all. I have been since then (september 1st 2025) asking for how to return it and get a refund, and they have just ignored me to everytime answer that they will ask Techart on how to find out the issues with the adapter and so on. Not even once they have answered my question on how to return it. I have asked many times.. and they keep ignoring me because they obviously do not want to give me my money back for a product that does not work at all. It's been almost one month with many emails back and forth and there is no way. You are all warned. Stay away.

When you first contacted us on September 1st, we immediately asked for your camera/lens details and a video. Issues with this specific adapter are often setting-related, not a fault, and we emailed you back with step-by-step instructions to adjust your settings.
We sincerely apologize that we failed to clearly provide the return instructions at the same time.
Since the product is not faulty (the issue was based on settings), if you wish to proceed with a return, it would need to be sent back to us at your own cost. If you would like to return the product, please reply to our last email.
