Disappointed
I got to airport and followed all instructions and called for driver.
“Our system is down and we cannot dispatch a driver” . You can get a refund and arrange for transportation.
Exhausted after already traveling since 5 am, I said I could be put in hold and left there. And left there. So I added call to company to my hold call. Told them I would arrange my own and please cancel and refund. Told I would receive an email to cancel. Also canceled return scheduled ride at end of trip. So far no refund.
Uber had a driver in 6 minutes
Will not use again…
They did refund my money within 24 hours.
