Unprofessional & Inconsistent – Avoid at All Costs
I spent two weeks in conversations with Telnyx about using them as the backbone for a new CRM I’m building. My development team had already started integrating their platform, and we were close to finalizing a contract. Out of nowhere, they denied my use case, citing “concerns” about outbound calling.
That explanation doesn’t hold up. I know of a company they just signed that is running outbound calling (to cold data bases not opt'd in) at a far larger scale than anything I proposed. The only difference? That company is worth a much bigger monthly bill to Telnyx.
In my experience, they don’t operate with fairness or transparency. They wasted my team’s time, stalled my launch plans, and showed me they care more about chasing bigger clients than honoring agreements or treating all customers equally.
I would never recommend them. If you’re looking for a reliable partner to build with, look elsewhere.
