Don't be afraid to make that call, it can change your life
From first contact to completion of my debt management plan, I was kept informed of my progress, when I did have a query or needed to make a change, staff were very helpful.
Please don't be afraid to make that first call, you are treated with respect, empathy and staff are non judgemental.
My journey was one I thought would not end but it's about to.
I have no regrets and reached the point I never thought I Would .
