Didn’t provide service, charged me anyway
Back in June 2025, I made a car rental reservation via ticketsatwork.com - when I arrived at their partner car rental agency, I was not given a car, through no fault of my own.
They still charged me.
I have been in constant email and phone communication with them, I have jumped through every requirement they've asked for. Including getting the car rental manager to send me written authorization that he in fact did not rent me a car and that I shouldbe getting a refund. And now for the last four weeks, they don’t even return my emails.
I should have never been charged, and it’s crazy. I’ve
had to go four months trying to get them to refund
the money they should’ve never charged me in the
first place.
