Contact Swift Direct for replacement parts
Contact Swift Direct as I needed some replacement weights at the bottom of the slats on some vertical blinds. The replacement parts were not listed on the website but via the chat got in touch with Justin. Extremely helpful and worked out the parts I was referring to. Took my details to email me a quote. But to my surprise the following day a package arrived with the replacement parts FOC. For blinds that were seven years old, that is excellent customer service. Highly recommend and great service from Justin.
