I like the idea of the Priority Pass lounge, but the actual experience was meh. This was at the Charlotte airport. Very crowded, not particularly clean (at no point did we see anyone wiping things down), and the employees there seemed really unhappy and sort of angry. I also hate the new policy where Capital One limited additional cardholders on Venture X accounts to not automatically have airport lounge access.
