The delivery date changed

The delivery date was changed at the very last moment (on Saturday instead of Monday, as agreed). No chance to refuse the new delivery date.
I was away from home on the weekend, and I couldn't receive the parcel.
UPS left a notice: the parcel was stored at an UPS point and I should have collected it personally. Unfortunately, the UPS point they chose was not the closest to my house.
I lost a lot of time to collect it.
