Factorization in klamg.al cont.

Following up on my previous message, I have tested Klangio again. This time, I used a piece of music generated by artificial intelligence for the tests. I have to say that the first notes I could see (since I don't have the Pro version) were correct, which was a pleasant surprise. The only issue I noticed, and one could only see a little, was that in the submitted piece, the parts were played by an alto saxophone, but Klangio transposed them into a soprano saxophone part.

I am refraining from further publications regarding a review because no one is paying me to test the product!

Hi gtxwc,

Thank you for giving Klangio another try and for sharing your observations! We’re glad to hear the first notes came out correctly, and we appreciate you pointing out the transposition issue with the alto vs. soprano sax, that’s valuable feedback for us as we continue improving the product.

We understand testing takes time and effort, and your insights really help us make Klangio better for everyone. Thanks again for sharing!

Best regards,

Factorization in klamg.al

I tested Klangio Transcription with the song “Beyond the Sea” by Bobby Darin from YouTube. Unfortunately, the platform did not accept the direct YouTube link, so I had to download the track as an MP3 and upload it manually.

After the transcription was completed, the sheet music turned out to be completely inaccurate. The notes did not match the actual song, and even the chords were wrong.

In my opinion, the developers should provide a full trial version for a limited time so users can properly test the tool before committing to a purchase. Based on my experience, I have no intention of subscribing — the output quality was extremely poor.

Hi gtxwc,

Thank you for sharing your detailed experience. I’m sorry to hear that the transcription did not meet your expectations, we understand how disappointing inaccurate notes and chords can be.

We are continuously working to improve transcription accuracy and exploring ways to make testing the platform easier for new users.
