Robbed me blind to the sum of £7600 for a garden pergola when they came to fit it they said they couldn’t fit it because the run in the patio tiles but went ahead and fill it anyway one back and forward trying to get the problem sorted out and put new rollers on the blinds one blind was completely destroyed and when I got in touch with them Brian the owner sent me a text message saying that the new blind would be £499 and that they couldn’t fit it. I don’t know how many phone calls and messages I left for Brain he never once replied to any of them so I recommend u go and spend your money somewhere where the owner is honest that’s a lot of money for someone to spend and no customer service and time I did speak to him. And the customer service was terrible. There was only one decent shop assistant he tried to help and the last time we spoke she said on the phone that she thought it was terrible. The way I had been treated.

Hi Campbell,

We’re genuinely sorry to hear how upset you’ve been left feeling.

From the outset, we explained that the ground needed to be level in order for the pergola to be fitted correctly. Despite this, our team carried out numerous site visits at no extra charge, doing their very best to make the product work on your site.

Unfortunately, due to the significant drop-off, we could not safely install the additional blind as it would have caused further issues.

We have advised that we will be happy to fit the blind at no extra charge once the ground is properly levelled, to avoid any future problems.

It’s also worth noting that a large part of the order was for garden furniture, which you will of course have the opportunity to review separately.

We truly appreciate your custom and regret that this experience has not met your expectations.

Kind Regards,
Brian Canavan
