I booked during the summer vacation for…

I booked during the summer vacation for a period of two weeks and at the end of the week of the booking the electricity was cut off in the apartment and no one from maintenance or electrician or anyone came to help us because we were without electricity and this is very difficult. He left the apartment three nights before the booking that he paid for and now he has been waiting for almost more than three weeks and the money has not been sent to my account and this service was incomplete and every time I call we will send someone someone will come and no one came and did not care about this problem, and now the problem is related and I did not understand what is the reason for the attachment and not paying and compensating the amount for the payment!!!!
