Elegoo has the best customer support…
Elegoo has the best customer support and listens their user base. I have 4 Elegoo printers. An original Mars, Saturn, Saturn2 and a Neptune4. These printers have printed for years now and have been very reliable. The only issues I have had were my fault and Elegoo has sent repair parts without question and without charge. I have only recommended Elegoo to my friends and to people on social media for their support, printers and consumables.
