Quick delivery, good products, communication could be improved
Fast delivery parts all simple to install with easy to follow videos online. My only drawback was that the delivery I monitored myself via UPS I didn’t actually get any updates from Fairphone.
In fact I still don’t have a delivery confirmation email. Note I opted for delivery to a lock UPS pickup point in the UK not home delivery so the experience may be different to others.
