My first order came damaged. It was also low quality leather, cheap hardware and just stiff. Shipping charges are expensive, the return process is a joke. You have to pay for "free return" but dont actually get to return. You have to email them and hope they accept it, like what? I can buy a vintage glovetanned coach bag for the same price as their new bag. I will probably not buy from them again.
