Very satisfied with my bike, although it was some issues with repair.
Currently they have major issues with spare parts and you may have to wait for a couple of months for your part. But at the same time they found a problem in the frame and all bikes within my series will have frame replaces which is a very respectful attitude from my perspective.
I don't like that living in Haarlem I have to go to Amsterdam for regular maintenance paying 200+ euro annually for it. It all depends on how much you use your bike I guess, if you ride 1000 km per month, 200 euro maintanance annualy could make sense for you, but otherwise it will be much cheaper to use regular bike service in your city.
But this is a very good bike, so I can handle some repairs sometimes and just turn off useless subscription and still enjoy cowboy experience

Solar panels installation was excellent. No complains about anything, it was fast and good, no issues. It was a good chat initially, installation came in couple of weeks and panels are working fine.
But we also ordered heat pump installation and we had issues on every step.
First, it was hard to setup a call to discuss everything. They just wanted to start and it was no dedicated meeting to discuss how it will be technically, what are technical recommendations and so on. I pushed them to have this discussion and some questions weren't answered, but I have some trust because solar panels installation went really well.
First time they came 7 at the morning instead of 9 to do first look at future installation. Then installation guys decided to lift it up on my shed by themselves and damaged pump radiator (which was fixed later by Solar Fast). When I found that radiator is really damaged, I called the company and in about month or two they made an appointment, guy tried to fix it, but eventually said it needs replacement so we created another appointment. And he didn't come, so we created another one and he came 2 hours later than we were agreed.
After all my heat pump seems to work fine and we have no issues with functionality.
