I would give it a zero if I could. Don't go anywhere near Yahoo as they don't even have a proper system in place for support. If you get stuck, there is actually no contact number to call. I am from Australia by the way. Also if you try and sign up to the support that they do have- which will cost you monthly. You can't even access it because of an old number that you were trying to update anyway. As I recently changed number and have no access to old number and phone. So don't ever use their service. It's a joke and should be illegal to have nothing to offer customers but paid support. I hope more people get together and put in a class action against them. For what people have lost.
