Absolutely horrific experience using this service.

On my first payroll using Gusto, they lost track of the money. I was meant to receive payment at the beginning of the month, it’s now nearly the end of the month and still I haven’t been paid from my own company. They have no idea where it is

Customer service like others have mentioned is terrible. They leave you on hold for long amounts of time, the line conveniently drops and they don’t call you back. Honestly if I could give lower than a one star review I would. I typically don’t leave negative reviews but this has been so poor, I had to
