Faulty washbasin.
After finding some defects on my bathroom basin shortly after being delivered, l emailed Heat and Plumb concerning the defect. After being kept informed about what was happening, Ms Anna Smith made all arrangements for an exchange, keeping me informed and upto date.
When the replacement arrived, l was satisfied and would like to thank Anna Smith for her imput making sure l was informed from start to finish. Many thanks Mr R proud.
