Helpful and responsive
Knight Frank took over the management of my flat recently. Lety has been extremely helpful and communicative in solving any issues as they arise. She makes sure to follow up with external providers like plumbers until the problem is completely solved. When a problem occurred late on a Friday she made sure that the situation was ok through the weekend before the problem could be fully addressed on Monday. I appreciate her timeliness and responsiveness!
