SPX XPRESS is HOLDING ONTO my parcel since 10 sep 2025 and today is 22 sep 2025.
last status update on 13 sep 2025 "parcel is being processed".
wonder what is wrong with SPX XPRESS????!!!
parcel stuck in their warehouse since forever and no one is taking action.
Shopee is always giving the STANDARD SOP TEMPLATE reply, said we will get in touch with relevant team, what escalate to relevant team within 24-48hrs. everyday is the same reply.
damn disappointing with SPX XPRESS & SHOPEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
