The assistant who closed my account was great.
On the other hand, I wanted to SEE the actual deed for the property and see if it says its a multifamily house. Realtor says it is...owner says it is not. I can tell that it could be used for that due to the land code but it does not indicate dual kitchens, dual water meter, dual electricity meter etc. There are not enough bathroom for multi family house. MLS listing is a mess.
