Purchased for my teenage daughter to support her general health. Half way through the first month so possibly too early to notice any substantial changes. However, she is taking them and said they are easy to swallow and smell nice in the packet. She has said that her burps taste a little funny since taking the supplements, would be good to know if this is a side effect of the supplements. She will carry on for 3 months to see if she notices any overall health benefits and then go from there.
