I’ve been experiencing the exact same ad appearing every time on my account for 5 whole months now. It’s genuinely horrible and about 2 months ago I started contacting Spotify support asking for them to please fix the problem. Now I’ve probably spoken to about 30 different people and not one of them has even made an attempt to fix the problem which I’m still experiencing. The app is honestly insufferable if you don’t have premium and the fact that Spotify support exists when they don’t bother to help you is ridiculous.
