The purse I ordered is great, customer service not so much
The purse I ordered is great, i received a code NC15FF and IMMEDIATELY hit the shop button and ordered the purse. The code did not automatically transfer. I immediately reached out and was informed they were unable to process the code, it EXPIRED. I explained I had just received it and ordered purse immediately. It didn't matter they would not honor it. Why send a code if you have no intention of honoring it?. That is ridiculous, Purse is going back…
