Upon placing my ordered I realised my address had defaulted back to my previous address. I called straight away and Geri was extremely helpful. She changed the address on my order and also took lots of additional details to help make sure the order arrived in the right place (as the address wasn’t yet on Google Maps).

Best cat litter I’ve ever used. Currently using it to reintegrate a litter tray into our outdoor cat’s routine as we’re moving home. Lasts a really long time, doesn’t smell, and extremely easy to clean (doesn’t stick or smell like standard litter)
