Hippy Chick

I have a fake reveiw on my business from a fake profile. I asked Yelp to ask the customer for proof of services provided, knowing they won't be able to supply it. Yelp won't do anything to verify legitimacy of reviews and permits fake reviews which is damaging for my businesses reputation.
